Edward Hopper meets Shirley: Visions of reality



Gustav Detsch reinterpreta gli iconici dipinti di Edward Hopper nel film "Shirley: Visions of reality". Le vicende di un'attrice newyorchese (Stephanie Cumming) durante la Grande Depressione degli anni '30 fine ai '60s si dipanano attraverso 13 sets, riproduzione cinematografica di altrettanti lavori del pittore statunitense.  Realizzata nel 2013 questa opera torna grazie ad una retrospettiva sull'artista a Bologna presso Palazzo Fava.
